The active participants: for the receptions and transmission of data, sound and image
The essentials equipments to the other extremity to ensure the interaction:

• Videoconference system configurate with TCP/IP, with access to the internet and a minimum broad of 512 KB or
  
• A computer with an operate system XP professional, or later, with access to the internet, connected to a network with a minimum broad of 512KB (the verification can be made on the site), with the Netmeeting configurate, provided with a microphone and loudspeaker and video camera - if it is necessary the reception of an image to this participant. The firewall computer must be configurate so that it permits the Netmeeting software communications.

1. Must contact the internet services provider and solicit the installation of an public IP on the computer, or
2. Must realize a transmission in a real time – having a reception with a late depending on the transfer:
   • After the connection by Netmeeting software to the videoconference, the other participants will be able to see and hear him in a real time
   • Connection by web navigator (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, etc.) at http://iec.psih.uaic.ro/ to intercept audio and video from videoconference ( a delay of few seconds by the real moment and the reception).

• A computer with an operate system XP professional, with access to the internet, with web navigator (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator), Quick Time software (for broadcast), a Media Player update(for the live conference), connected to a network with a minimum broad of 128KB.
